The Coach House

Sleeping up to 8 people, The Coach House is a bright four bedroom house which includes an disabled accessible bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor. You’ll also find a large open plan living/dining room and seperate kitchen.

Heading outside in your private gardens you will find a delightful patio area with garden furniture, a lakeside hot tub, BBQ (charcoal not provided) and your own Fishing swim for up to 2 anglers, ideal for unwinding at the end of the day.

Guests can also enjoy the lakeside grounds and children are welcome use the communal playground.

All towels and linen are provided and complimentary WiFi is available within the house and grounds. All our properties are non-smoking.

Further Details

The living space is furnished with large sofas, a dining table and chairs, shelving and occasional furniture and a flat screen TV

If required a cot and high chair are available on request, free of charge.

Kitchen

The Kitchen area has a ample cupboard space, fridge, ceramic hob, kettle, toaster, oven and microwave, iron and ironing board. In the cupboards you will find all the usual pans, utensils, crockery, glasses and tea towels.

Heat and smoke alarms are fitted.

Bedrooms

The four comfortable bedrooms are made up with crisp linen for perfect nights sleep.

The first-floor is made up of one double bedroom which can also be accessed via an external staircase (ideal if you are fishing and want to access the garden quickly- without waking the house!). A further double room with additional single bed and a single room.

There is a further double bedroom with en-suite wet room downstairs which can accommodate disable access.

Bathroom

The family upstairs bathroom has a bath with shower and glass screen, wash basin, toilet, heated towel rail and shaver point.

The downstairs bedroom has a luxury en-suite wet room shower with a toilet and basin.

There is also a downstair cloakroom toilet.

All towels are provided.
